92 Degrees- 92 Degrees

These guys came before that annoying boy band that all you chicks love so much. This is a cool CD and guess what, they play their own instruments! Seriously though, they're a great group with a lot of originality.

A cool CD with a great sound. A little too much profanity though.

Best song: If I Had $1,000,000 RATING:

The Beatles- 1967-1970 a.k.a. The Blue Album

This 2 CD set is great. It's got some awesome songs on it, but not much guitar. Still, an absolutely AWSOME album.

The Beatles- Past Masters Vol. 1

Half of a 2 cd collection. Features a lot of their older stuff.

Best song: I'm Not Average RATING:

Hadrian's Wall- Glengarry

Irish rock. They do some traditional and some songs written on their own. They originate out of Canada and I think they're awesome. I bought their CD at an Irish Festival, The Celtic Classic in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Best song: Flood RATING:

Jars of Clay- Drummer Boy

The Christmas album by the Jars. It only has 4 songs on it, Little Drummer Boy, God Rest ye Merry Gentlemen, He (acoustic version), and Little Drummer Boy (Grinch Mix). The CD's no longer made, and hard to find, but you can find it on EBAY or something.

Best song: He RATING:

Jars of Clay- Much Afraid

The third album by Jars of Clay. They experimented a lot in the music styles, so it didn't really sound like them, and therefore wasn't as good as the first.

Best song: Crazy Times RATING:

Jars of Clay- If I Left the Zoo

This one definitely beats Much Afraid. It has the real Jars sound and a lot of great songs.

Best song: Unforgetful You RATING:

Jawbone Hill- Sackcloth and Sunshine

A really great Christian Rock group. They broke up a while back, but this CD is absolutely great. If you like Christian rock, get this! They only have a few left which they're trying to get rid of so get them fast!

Best song: Money RATING:

Misc. Bands- Planet Stereo Year 2 Volume 3

This is an awesome CD with groups that haven't signed to a record contract yet, and most of them haven't even made a CD. Sorry but this isn't sold to the public. It's only given to small radio stations. I got this one at the WNTI Freeform Festival too.

Ray Stevens- Greatest Hits

This is an interesting and funny CD. This is the first CD I ever got.

Best song: Mississippi Squirrel Revival RATING:

The Simpsons- Go Simpsonic With the Simpsons

The second Simpsons CD. It's really silly and has a lot of cool songs from the show on it. The only thing is, it has some bad voice dubbing on it. In some parts, some characters are not as loud as others. Other than that, it's great. 53 short songs.

Best song: Happy Just the Way We Are RATING:

Styx- Greatest Hits

A really odd group, but it's a classic nonetheless. (A company my dad once worked for sold them a sound system that was used at a concert)

Best song: Mr. Roboto RATING:

Ted The Fiddler- Down Home At Home Jam

A cool bluegrass fiddle player. It has a bunch of old, and well known Bluegrass songs, and a few origionals.

Best song: Orange Blossom Special RATING:

Weird Al Yankovic- Weird al Yankovic

The first CD by Weird Al. Not really that great, but it's cool to have some parodies of the early 80's.

Best song: I'll Be Mellow When I'm Dead RATING:

Weird Al Yankovic- Greatest Hits Volume 2

This one's pretty good. Its got parodies of Nirvana, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and all sorts of others.

Weird Al Yankovic- Bad Hair Day

This one has some good songs, most parodies and a few original, including the ever famed "The Night Santa Went Crazy."

Best song: Alternative Polka RATING:

Weird Al Yankovic- Running With Scissors

This is a good CD, but I think Weird Al has been trying a little to hard to be funny. It doesn't flow as well as it used to, but still has some good moments.

Best song: Albuquerque RATING:

Will Smith- Big Willie Style

A cool CD, but a little too much rap. It does have some cool stuff, but it has a lot of songs, and is really hard to actually listen to the whole way through.

Best song: Miama RATING:

Misc. Bands- WOW 1998

A great 2 CD set with some GREAT Christian Bands.

Misc. Bands- WWJD

Another good Christian CD. Plus, it comes with a free WWJD bracelet! YAY!
