When I think of cho-co-late

 Sanctified by the cocoa plant.
Name planted long ago
This dream comes forth
Walking with a strut
Smiling - beaming
Knowledge of self
The ultimate -
_Expression - purest
Aphrodisiac

Chocolate poured - molded him...
perfection
Sans knife dissection
Of hate - though pain inbred
Carrying his dad's bag -
Mama's pride -
His dreams are mine
Mine his-
Intertwined -
While seeking
Truth

I say we are one -
But that can't be if two are still
We
No matter what the heart speaks
Two can not go into one
That math doesn't add up.

These multiple thoughts
Transpire in a nanosecond
Before heart beats -
The mind being faster than light speed.

I know his thoughts -
as this pure chocolate
Drifts towards me.

This man of cocoa plant from Africa -
Transplanted from long-ago

Centuries - shadows becoming
Formation - he became the man.

Transcending the yesterdays into today - each one a tomorrow
A future not yet held.
