I have had downfalls and some uplifting experiances in my life starting at birth. I was born 2.5 months Pre-mature. With the oxygen that the hospital gave me my eyes did not develop properly. it took about 3 years to develop any vision to speek of. I struggled through grade and high school to the point that teachers would just pass me to get rid of me. I worked as a custodian for my school up untill I fell and hurt my back trying to get a full filing cabinet down a flight of stairs on a fire escape at Cherrryvale Grade School. I worked for about 3 months after my accident In te fall I then went to college at Southwestwern college in Winfield KS. I learned foodservice and majored in Buisiness Administration. I served 2 years in college. I then moved back to Cherryvale where I married my ex wife Donna. We moved all over Montgomery County because of her difficulties with landlords and her Epilepsy. We divorced in 1991 and I stayed in independance until 1992. I moved to Chanute, KS and lived there for 1 month. I then moved to Wichita, and started working at Wichita Industries ans Services For the Blind. I started transitioning on August 1, 1992 I was employed untill march 1993. I then stayed in Wichita and started at Venture Department Stores Started in April 1994 until July of 1994. I then was unemployed until September of 1994. I worked for Envision again up untill March of 1995. I had to leave because of a nother back injury. In 1996 I left Wichita for Herrington, KS where I was Unemployed. I moved from Herrington to Topeka in March 1997 I lived in an apartment complex in the central part of town.. I moved to Tyler Towers in September of 1997. While living there Iworked as a PCA (personal care assistant), here in Topeka, for a lady that was dying of cancer. This womans Name was Cindy Willis (her spirit still lives today in our teddy bear). lived there untill I was evicted in 2000. I then moved to a friends house in the Potwin Neighborhood. In March of 2001 I was joined by an angel by the Name of Christy Anne Cheray . We lived there untill May of 2001. We moved to a trailer in the Hi Crest neighborhood in Topeka. Living with her we lost my foodstamps. I have been strugling to make ends meet. I have had no luck in finding a job including having my case closed with VR services for the Blind.
