I have made many, many friends in my short years on the earth, but it is my family which made the initial, as well as the most influential impacts on my life.  Through kind words and gentle, yet firm beliefs, our family has created a strong moral base for each member to stand on and a wonderful net to fall back against in the face of adversity.  These are my future, my past, and my present.  These pictures are dear to me and sharing them means I have an opportunity to share that love as well.
My father: Jack Layton Washburn
His strong, kind guidance and shared experience combined with his never ending love for his family make him more father than many are lucky to have.  Dad, you have shaped me more than you may know and I thank you for it with all my heart. Our fishing trips and recently our golfing attempts are dear to my heart.
I love you Dad.
FAMILY TIES ARE STRONG
Adam Layton Washburn
A year and a half my younger, he has more knowledge of many things than i shall likely posess.
In being a brother, he is sure to point that out!
Sean Michael Washburn
My twin.  We look a bit alike, but our world perspectives are refreshingly different.  A twin is a rare gift, and I treasure it as such.
Yvonne Annette Washburn:  My mother has put up with a lot in the last twenty-something years.  Three boys with both the intelligence  and the drive to be independent yet needing constant guidance, bail, discipline, punishment, and illusions of freedom at just the right times had to be tough on her.  My complements Mom!  You did a great job.
I love you Mom
