The RE-Liance Bus Preservation Group Welcomes you to its Homepage |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Who are we? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The RE-Liance Bus Preservation Group is a non-profit making organisation dedicated to the restoration and preservation of buses that were once part of the every-day scene in South East Wales but which have now become part of our rich transport Heritage.
How did it all begin? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The "group" was established in 1992 by two like-minded individuals with the sole aim of restoring, both bodily and mechanically, a vehicle that was once operated by a major bus operator within the area.
Where are we now? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Our membership has increased and is drawn mainly from the valleys of South Wales. The "group" now have three vehicles within its care, all of which have been fully restored to the highest standards of both presentation and safety. |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Where can our vehicles be seen?
We try to attend as many rallies and shows as is possible, within a reasonable distance of our base near Raglan, provided that the ground conditions are suitable. The start of our running season has traditionally been the Forest of Dean Transport Show on Easter Monday. |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
What vehicles do we have?
