My Memories of Jonithan:
I got to spend a lot of time with JoAnn when she was pregnant with Jonithan. It was the first time I ever felt a baby kick! I remember she had a hard time sleeping at night (now I know how she felt, after carrying two babies of my own!), and was very excited about having another baby. I baked and decorated the cake for her baby shower. It was my first "baby shower cake". Momma and I were in the hospital room with her when she was in labor. I'll never forget the first time I saw him. He had a pointy little head... I'd never seen a baby only minutes after being born. He was so tiny and so sweet! He was the first newborn baby I ever held. I remember sitting in JoAnn and Lewis' livingroom, holding little Jonithan. He was so sweet. I would just sit there for the longest time cuddling him while he squeezed my finger. He had a good grip! I remember Dena being the best big sister ever! She took care of him like he was her own, even though she was still a little girl herself. She could change a diaper fast as lightning. She loved him so much. I cherish these memories. I will never forget him.
