I live in West Lafayette, Indiana with my husband,
Denny, and our cat, Maddie, Queen of the house.

Mostly I am a self taught artist. My parents encouraged
creativity in all their children, I chose Art. I was the one
getting Art supplies instead of toys for Christmas.

I began as a painter, then found a new three
dimensional canvas in a gourd someone gave me.
Little did they know I would become addicted to gourds!!

I incorporate woodburning, (pyrography) fiber arts,
carving, sculpture, painting and learning new techniques.
I love the natural beauty of the shapes mold patterns
and endless versitility of gourds.
