Flying Sites
This is by no means a definite list of all R/C flying sites in Israel.  There are several clubs, with wonderfully organised fields, runways and facilities.  There are many, many more un-organized R/C flying sites.
Should you ever be in the area, and want to come and have a look, you will be more then welcome!  Just click on the picture of the site for directions.
Rishpon
One of my favorite flying sites.  It is literally "in-the-middle--of-nowhere".  2.5-3 Kilometers of flat open ground in all directions.  Flying is "un-organised".  We look out for each other, and make the rules ourselves.  Calling out take-offs and landings are a must.   No soft grass at the best of times.  Just before harvest time knee/waist high agricultural produce.  The runway is a dirt track, not always straight, most of the time dusty.  So mostly electric flight here, with a rare glow trainer.

One of the nicer touches to this site is it's remoteness.  Some joggers, all terrain bikes, and jeeps passing by now and then, but no "Sunday tourists".  You know, the ones that walk onto the runway, don't listen to directions for their own safety,  ask silly questions while you're flying, and touch your equipment without asking.
Arsuf
To the best of my knowledge the only organised all exclusive glider and E-flight field in Israel.  Complete with clubhouse, restaurant, winch area, dirt packed runway, frequency pegs, shaded preperation area, pilots parking and seperate visitores parking.  Due to it's proximity to the neighbouring Mushav glow flight is strictly forbidden, and so are "loud" planes like Zagis (arguable), TwinJets, and TwinSpeedys.
Some say "too organised", some say "just fine".  It all depends on your personal preferences.

Close to the coastal cliffs, and with a predominantly westerly wind, you will usually find good lift here - unless the winds are strong.  And you can always go thermal hunting over the agricultural fields and trees to the north/north-east of the field.
There usualy is a wide variety of e-flight going on here on Fridays, Saturdays, and other public holidays, including competitions.
Bat Yam Slope

Bat Yam is one of the nicer and safer sites to slope soar, and to get acquanted with the slope.  The slope itself is about 1,000 meters away from the sea, so if anything goes wrong. you just land on the sand.  You do have to carry your gear for a small 5 minute hike from your car to the site.  Only flyable when the wind is between WSW to WNW.  Any flyable Friday and Saturday you will find a friendly crowd of slopers.  Just make sure you call out to the other flyers if you are, or are not interested in a little combat, to avoid joining the fray un-intentionally.
Ga'ash
This site has slowly overtaken both Rishpon and Arsuf in popularity.
Situated on the kibbutz grounds, it is a 10 minute drive from Netanya and a 15 minute drive from Herzliya.Helicopters, gliders, aerobats, 3D, etc electrics only.  The two "runways" are a north-south dirt track, or an east-west dirt track.  During the rainy season access can be difficult to impossible.
Flying/thermal conditions are the same as at Arsuf, and hardly any "audience".

HOWEVER,
recently one Friday while flying, we received a visit from a kibbutz representative voicing the kibbutz's dismay we are using the site. For the moment flying is allowed, but we are looking for other venues.

The Winter Pool (Shlulit Hahoref)
Both these sites have been closed by the Netanya City Council, after repeated complaints about the glow engine noise.
