If your having difficulties making a payment via paypal it is more thank likely because of your webrowser. To fix this problem you have to:
1st. At the top of menu bar please select the TOOLS tab.
2nd. After selecting tools please select INTERNET OPTIONS tab.
3rd After Selecting INTERNET OPTIONS please select the PRIVACY tab.
4th After selecting PRIVACY please select the ADVANCED button.
5th After selection the ADVANCED button, select the OVERRIDE AUTOMATIC
COOKIE HANDLING.
6th. Select the OK tab, and then OK tab again
Now retry the paypal purchase button. It should be working properly.
