NEW ELECTRICAL GENERATING DEVICE FOR RURAL ELECTRIFICATION

This is a new electrical generating device which provides electrical energy for rural areas.  It also provides an attractive addition to any lawn or public area.  Open circuit voltage reached a maximum of 19 volts and short circuit current a maximum of 19 amperes.
