| WHAT ARE "NON-LETHAL" ('EXTREME CONTROL' WEAPONS)? "Non-lethal" ('extreme control' weapons) are weapons which are designed not to kill those targetted but inflict pain on those targetted until those using the weapons get the desiered response. The public mainly only hear (through capitalist media) of such technologies being announced by the military to be used to disperse rioting crowds in the future. But such technologies such as Electromagnetic field devices, microwave frequency weapons, subliminal message tape devices, etc are being used presently by the FBI and other government agencies against political activists, prisoners, and on selected citizens for experiments. The government agencies, while using this technology usually use "Street Theater" tactics as well. (see the What is "Street Theater?" on this website ) The agencies use these technologies and tactics to cause the person who they surviellence pain to when the person goes or does things or experience emotions the surviellencers do not approve of. Examples of what the surviellencers may not approve of is letting the person relax, sleep, feel happy, have sex etc. while the person surviellenced is involved anti-government politics, a prisoner, a whistle blower, environmentalists etc. It is a horrific and extreme form of control. Electromagnetic field devices, microwave frequency devices can give people headaches, stomach aches, damage parts of the brain, cause assasinations and make them look like the person died of natural causes, cause heart attacks, give people cancer etc. ELF (extremely low frequency) devices can cause a person pain through its pitchs, the subliminal message tape devices can brainwash those who are affected, etc. |
