NOT a week passes by which -Mercia grove Catford st. London- roadways are not under government construction. It is said that this is done to keep the people busy and unemployment low, and no one knows what’s going on there anymore than they pass. Looking forward to something that never stands or seems to come through. A lot of waste is thrown there though not encouraging to the cleanest-street in London schemes. Below are some words mine-in red that I threw in to the “CLAMDOWN” song, echoed by the lyrics of the Clash in CAPS. Prisoner Of Conscience: ID Resoltion1948 |

Walking round this Grove dodging gummy-fresh stickies, so you don’t give me look -I'M NOT WORKING FOR THE CLAMPDOWN! Waiting for his message though I am not holding a book... -I'M NOT WORKING FOR THE CLAMPDOWN! To give all that I am, all that I have, -WHEN WE'RE WORKING FOR THE CLAMPDOWN To come up BACK down, come BACK around, -I'M NOT WORKING FOR THE CLAMPDOWN! *** I said today is the day that I gonna make something change - YOU’RE WORKING FOR THE CLAMPDOWN Two-days to the day I shed my old skin away -WHEN WE'RE WORKING FOR THE CLAMPDOWN! *** Say, Wake-up and find! -TO BE YOUNG BELIEVERS Resist, the grind! -TO THE YOUNG BELIEVERS Say, gonna make some change! -TO BE YOUNG BELIEVERS Say? Expand the range! -TO THE YOUNG BELIEVERS -I'M NOT WORKING FOR THE CLAMPDOWN -TO THE YOUNG BELIEVERS No, -I'M NOT WORKING FOR THE CLAMPDOWN! -TO THE YOUNG BELIEVERS! *** To give all that I did, what you have rid -I'M NOT WORKING FOR THE CLAMPDOWN! You give all that you live, all that it is -WHEN WE'RE WORKING FOR THE CLAMPDOWN! I’ll sit and scrape of the stickies Burn through my rubber shoe-sticky Got blisters in my soles Blisters burnin in my soles, Miles and miles in files and lines waiting for that message... Not holding a book, I’ll Take a ride and instead and have my own look. -TO THE YOUNG BELIEVERS- End Prisoner of Conscience |
