Your Choices | ||||||||
The choice of whether or not you use a recreational drug is yours alone. However, when considering your options, you need to understand your responsibilities as well as the other elements in your decision process. In this website we have outlined many of these responsibilities. In doing so we have focused on three main dimensions: situational respon-sibilities, health-related responsibilities, and safety-related responsibilities. There is some crossover but, where there has been duplication, it has been by design. Remember, it is you who must make the decisions and take the responsibility to make them rationally. You cannot make these decisions in a vacuum. They affect you and also others. You have the right and the responsibility to decide, if you choose to use drugs recreationally, to use those drugs with minimal hazard to yourself and those around you. |
