Formed in the Bournemouth area of Hampshire, little is known about this band other than they rock like the Stooges and MC5, and throw in the glamour of Hanoi Rocks and the early Manics. If you add the vocal stylings of Peter Perrett and the new wave pop formula of The Only Ones then the mixture is complete. Their took their name from the title of a poetry booklet by Patrick Jones (brother of Nicky Wire from the Manics), and the man himself even wrote to the band with encouragement when they asked for his permission.

Fans of the current 'garage' rock scene (The Hives, The D4, The Datsuns etc) will not be disappointed, and there are bits of all your classic punk albums (Dead Boys, Ramones, Clash, Pistols) here in attitude as well as sound.  Other influences abound both literary and celluloid help to make Guerilla Tapestry more interesting than 95% of any of the current darlings of the music scene.

Their gigging schedule is mainly based in and around Hampshire at the moment, with the odd foray to the capital (including a support slot with UK Subs).
