Great Scottish Walk Fundraiser: Could you - or someone you know - raise funds for RSAS? Great Scottish Walks provide an excellent opportunity for adults and children of all fitness levels to enjoy a fun day out, while raising money. RSAS T-shirts and sponsorship forms are available now - do get in touch if you'd like to get involved. Adults' walks of twelve, six or one mile are taking place at Glasgow Green, 25th May '08 and Edinburgh Meadowbank Stadium, 25th June '08 (provisional dates). Two mile children's walks are being held in Dumfries, Inverness and Aberdeen in April; Glasgow and Perth in May; Edinburgh in June and Irvine in August.
British Isles Survey for Rett Syndrome: RSAS has been contacted by Professor Angus Clarke of Cardiff University, who is recruiting Rett patients to participate in British Isles Survey for Rett Syndrome, approved by the Multi Centre Research Ethics Committee for Scotland. The survey aims to give a clearer picture of the life time problems of Rett Syndrome, to allow for earlier recognition and more effective support of the condition. If you are interested in participating, please contact Caroline Wilson (Secretary) for more information.
RSAS is a Scottish Registered Charity No. SCO16645
