BRETHREN TRAVELLING BY THERE OWN CARS CAN DRIVE UPTO THE VENUE, SPECIAL PERMISSION FROM THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES HAS BEEN OBTAINED TO PLY VEHICLES ONLY FROM THE ROAD LEADING FROM CART ROAD JUST OPPOSITE THE RAILWAY STATION TO PETER HOFF VIA KENNEDY CHOWK, CHOWRA MAIDAN SHIMLA.
PLEASE NOTE : VEHICLES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON ANY OTHER RESTRICTED / SEALED ROAD.
STICKERS FOR VEHICLES WILL BE GIVEN TO THE BRETHREN ON ARRIVAL WHICH CAN BE COLLECTED FROM THE RECEPTION OF HOTEL COMBERMERE, HOTEL SAMRAT, HOTEL BRIDGE VIEW, HOTEL MAYUR - WHERE THE MAJORITY OF OUR BRETHREN ARE PUTTING UP. THIS STICKER WILL BE VALID ONLY FOR SATURDAY THE 8TH SEPTEMBER, 2007.
BUSSES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLY ON THIS ROAD EVEN WITH STICKERS.
APART FROM THIS TAXIS WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM LIFT TO PETER HOFF FROM 3 PM - 4.45PM. BRETHREN ARE REQUESTED TO BE AT THE LIFT TO MAKE USE OF THIS SERVICE WELL IN TIME, THIS BEING A VERY BUSY SPOT WAITING / PARKING OF VEHICLES IS NOT ALLOWED.
