Tips on printing this form:
This form is actually a JPEG picture. To print this form, right-click on the image of the application. Choose "Save Picture As". Save this picture in a location that you can access easily.
DO NOT FORGET TO REPEAT THIS PROCESS
FOR THE APPLICATION'S SECOND PAGE!
Once these images are saved, open your word processing program. (Since Microsoft Word is the most popular program, I will be descibing the process for Word.) With a new, blank page open on your desktop, click on "INSERT", "PICTURE", "FROM FILE". Then choose the image that you want to open and open it into Word. From here, click on "FORMAT", "PICTURE", and "LAYOUT". Choose "TIGHT", and "OKAY". From here you will need to reposition and resize the image to fit the page. Once that is done all you need to do is print that page.
NOTE: If you have more time to spend, you can insert TEXT BOXES where you would answer a question and fill it out on the computer! |
