Note however that some philatelic «dealers» are offering non-authorized issues of this african country and that consist only in « perforated photos » . This kind of issues are not autorized by the postal administration of Angola ( ENCT ) or by the U.P.U. and therefor they are not considerated as genuin philatelic material .
