| This last picture is Dick with his volunteer awards. The one around his neck is 1991 regional best volunteer award. The mare and fowl trophy that he is holding was the 1991 "Best of the Best Volunteer" NARHA award. They were both totals surprises. Especially the NARHA trophy. We traveled to California and knew he was up for it but it was just awesome when they called his name. We were all so very proud of him and for all the hard work-- he would do it all again if he was asked. |
