| Unleased oil and gas prospects are available for investors interested in "ground floor" opportunities. Wildcat and development prospects from 2000 to 12,000 feet in Permian through Ordovician formations have been developed. Some prospects may require seismic data to pinpoint the most favorable drilling sites. Override and prospect fee will be expected. The terms are negotiable and will be based on the merits of each prospect. Prospects are based on extensive geologic work and knowledge of the regional geology.
