To all members of the Running Man Recreation Association (RMRA):

You are hereby notified of, and urged to attend, the 2008 General Membership meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at the Running Man Clubhouse from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. The clubhouse is located at 800 Running Man Trail.

The business of the meeting will include:

• Approval of the minutes from the March 2007 General Membership Meeting.
• Summary of 2007 activities and 2007 financial report.
• Proposed operational plans and budget for 2008.
• Election of Board of Directors for 2008.

The Board of Directors is proposing no changes to the bylaws or annual membership fee for 2008. The minutes from the March 2007 General Membership meeting are available at the following link:

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete the proxy and drop off with any of the current board members listed below. You can also contact any of the board members if you have questions prior to the meeting.
