Frisco, Felicia, Robert and Anna begin taking shifts to keep an eye on Sean's pullman. This scene takes place at Kelly's where Robert and Anna meet to discuss their plans.

Anna:  Well I suppose it's about time that I went to the pullman and became a watchman.

Robert (touches her arm)  I'll be relieving you soon.

Anna:  I'm fine.

Robert:  Are you sure?

Anna:  Yes. Honestly, I'm absolutely fine.

Robert:  Okay.  (He moves his chair closer to her)  You're still suffering the effects of the concussion, aren't you?

Anna:  Yeah, I've had an occasional headache or so. I mean that's to be expected.  (Reminder: in regards to the concussion, she got that when she was mugged at the Brownstone)

Robert:  Alright. In that case I shall relieve you soon…

Anna:  No Robert!

Robert:  Don't argue! Don't argue. I've got one piece of business and then I'll relieve you soon.

Anna:  Well where are you going?

Robert:  I want to get over to General. I wanna get a look at that timesheet for myself.  (Note: Robert has begun to suspect that Grant was involved in the mugging. So the timesheet will verify whether Grant was working at the time or not)

Anna:  I bet this is the first time you've had a rest all day. I'm right, aren't I?

Robert (teasing smile)  You worried about me?

Anna (uncomfortable)  Yes.

Robert:  Come on, the case is starting to get interesting right?

Anna: Have you called Nanny?

Robert:  No.

Anna:  Don't have time, is that it?

Robert:  Holly doesn't want to talk to me.

Anna:  I see.

Robert:  When she's ready she will.

Next scene... Anna is on watch and she doesn't hear Robert sneaking up behind her. She's finally alerted to a sound, turns around preparing to fight and sees him standing there laughing.

Anna (annoyed)  Robert.

Robert (dripping with sarcasm)  Come on. Don't tell me you didn't hear me.

Anna:  You are the only man in the world who can do that to me.

Robert:  What kind of a time have you been having?

Anna:  Well, long stretches of silence followed by nothing at all. Down here, I could hear the sound of my own heart beat. How about you?

Robert:  Interesting night.

Anna:  Well are you going to share it with me?

Robert:  Grant.

Anna:  What about him?

Robert:  Little by little Anna, it's all starting to come together. Before I went to the diner, I paid a visit on his apartment at the Brownstone.

Anna:  What did you find?

Robert:  Found a bugging device and a camera. (She smiles at his success)

Anna (panicked)  Oh, a camera?

Robert:  No no no no. I didn't make an appearance. The best is yet to come.

Anna:  What? What?

Robert:  The timesheet at General.

Anna:  Oh what, Frisco was wrong about that?

Robert:  No, junior G-man was on the money. I got a look at it. Grant is only on record for being away 30 minutes. But I got a light underneath it and found some erasure marks.

Anna:  Oh really. Grant had tampered with the sheet then?

Robert:  After the fact. He's on record for only being, uh, for returning to the hospital 30 minutes later.

Anna: I see.  (She’s holding back of her head)

Robert:  Tired?

Anna:  Yeah. Yeah I think I am.

Robert:  Well look, I'm here now. Go home and get some sleep. Felicia is going to take over next.

Anna:  Well I'm not gonna argue with that.

Robert:  Still having headaches?

Anna:  Yeah I am.

Robert:  Yeah. Headaches can be a real drain on the nerves.

Anna:  Well thank you for coming out here even earlier than you had to. You're a very considerate partner. Anybody ever tell you that?

Robert:  Hmm, not lately.

Anna:  Um, have you heard from Holly? No word, I suppose?

Robert:  I almost called Nanny before I came here.

Anna:  What stopped you?

Robert:  I stopped myself.

Anna:  Why?

Robert:  I can't do it.

Anna:  Oh please Robert, you've gotta go with your impulse. I mean, Holly might have changed her mind by now.

Robert:  If she has, she'll call me.

Anna:  No not necessarily. She may be finding it a little hard to swallow her pride. You know, somebody has to make the first move.

Robert:  But I've got pride too Anna.
