Robert and Anna continue with their plan to look like a couple and Grant is still pretending to be on Sean's side. The train is departing for the wedding. Grant continues to meet secretly with Robert, Anna, Frisco, and Felicia. Sean gets frustrated when he sees Felicia sporting a necklace from the treasure collection and she flaunts it in front of him. Celia is also frustrated because Robert and Anna are being so cozy. Thinking of her friend Holly, she approaches and sees Anna sitting with Robert.

Celia: Robert.

Robert: Something wrong?

Celia: Yes. Very. I'd like to talk to you.

Robert: Sure, sit down.

Celia: I mean alone. (She glances over at Anna)

Anna: In that case, if you'll excuse me, I'll be in the sitting room. I could use some more water. (Anna leaves)

Robert: You've offended her.

Celia (sits down) Well oh I'm so sorry. But you two are a little offensive to me at the moment.

Robert: What are you talking about?

Celia: Don't play games with me Robert.

Robert (gets up) I don't know what your problem is but I don't need to be lectured on behavior.

Celia (gets up and faces him) I think you do. You and Anna are making a spectacle of yourselves.

Robert: You're upset about us being together?

Celia: You're darn right I'm upset. I am upset for Holly. You know very well how she has agonized over this marriage and wherever she is right now, you can bet that's all she's thinking about. Why are you leading her on?

Robert: What do you mean?

Celia: You have been making this huge pretense of wanting her back. She thinks that you want the marriage. Isn't that what you've been leading her to believe? Or is it Anna that you're leading on? Which is it?

Robert (angry now) No comment.

Celia: Oh, you're very broken up about all this aren't you?

Robert: I think your sarcasm is quite uncalled for.

Celia: Well I don't. If you are involved with Anna, then let Holly know immediately so that she can get a divorce. Don't hurt her anymore.

Robert: Are you through?

Celia: Am I being dismissed?

Robert: My life is my own concern.

Celia: I care about Holly. I thought you did too.

Robert: I repeat, Celia, keep out of my relationship with Anna. It has nothing to do with you.
