Later...Felicia gives Anna the jewels to wear. The exchange is made in front of Sean. Robert and Anna plan to drop part of the jewels hoping Sean will pick up the bracelet and when he does, Robert intends to arrest him. It's the only way he can catch Sean since they haven't been able to find the full treasure. Robert standing out on the deck of the train. Sean steps out to join him.

Robert: Nice night.

Sean: Yeah, the best. Look at those stars.

Robert (they stare out at the sky for a while) I'll head back in for the night then.

Sean (turns to Robert) Wait a minute. (He pulls the bracelet out of his pocket and tosses it to Robert.)

Robert (catches it) I uh, guess one of the ladies must have dropped this.

Sean: Yeah, I found it. (They stare each other down)

Robert: Nice piece.

Sean: Beautiful isn't it?

Robert: What kind of insurance do you carry on this thing, Sean? Sufficient?

Sean: More than sufficient, why?

Robert: Well I sleep with the jewels. The girls give them to me every night after they finish.

Sean: So what are you telling me?

Robert: I'm just telling you where you stand.

Sean: Where's that?

Robert: Leave the ladies alone. If you want to steal the jewels, you're gonna have to go through me to get them.

Sean (smiles) Is that supposed to be a statement or a challenge, Robert?

Robert (smiles back) That depends. You'd have to kill me to get these jewels, Sean. Are you prepared to do that?

Sean: Good night, Robert.
