Test

After discovering that their suite has been bugged and a camera installed above their bed, Robert and Anna realize that they must sleep in the same bed to convince the DVX they really are honeymooners. Robert is kissing Anna in bed under the watchful eye of the DVX...

Anna: (nervous) What are you doing?

Robert: (in a sultry voice-the kiss continues) What does it feel like?

Anna: Robert. Um. Not in front of an audience please. (She points to the tiny lens on the chandelier in the room)

Robert: Oh.   (he thinks for a minute)   Another earth shattering idea. (He takes off her gown under the covers and throws it over the chandelier, covering the camera. They both burst out laughing. Robert becomes serious and looks into her eyes) My God, how I love you.   (They kiss again and finally make love)

The scene ends and when they return, Robert and Anna are on the docks in PC, in the present, listening to the harbor bells...

Robert: (starts to leave) Well, I'm off.

Anna: (grabs his arm) No, wait!

Robert: Anna, I don't want to talk to you.

Anna: Why? Is it so awful remembering what we had?

Robert:   There's no point.

Anna: We made some great memories Robert.

Robert: I've forgotten them.

Anna:   Have you? How about the little French hotel, the first time we made love. I know you remember that...

Flashback- It's morning. Robert and Anna are asleep in bed. Robert wakes up and turns to wake Anna up from her sleep by caressing her and kissing her forehead.

Robert: Good morning.

Anna: (looks up at him and smiles) Oh.

Robert: How do you feel?

Anna: (big smile) Like a woman.

Robert: (serious) Look. Last night...

Anna: (looks into his eyes) ...was wonderful.

Robert:   Anna, why didn't you tell me that this was the first... (Anna puts two fingers on his mouth to quiet him)

Anna:   Shh. It's not important.

Robert:   But....

Anna:   No. (pause) Are you angry?

Robert:   Angry? Why would I be angry?

Anna: Well, I wanted it... I just wanted it to be wonderful.

Robert: It was. (kisses her) And you were.

Anna (hearing bells ringing outside) Listen. Oh, from now on, everytime we hear the harbor bells, we'll remember last night.

Robert: And this morning. (goes to kiss her and the scene ends.)
