To prove their courage, Go, Yoko, Diachiki, Norisuke and Godeamon decide to explore a reputed inaccessible island off the bay of Tokyo.  There, they find the space base of Dr. Hoarai and the giant robot Godam.  With the powerful machine, they’ll fight against emperor Yokoyuda, leader of the subterranean people who want to invade the surface.  Of course, they’ll save the Earth in the end.
