Paris & Cartie Blankenship

MY BLANKENSHIP SIDE OF THE FAMILY Frances Blankenship was my mother...She was born July,16,1923 in Buchanan County Virginia..Her parents were Paris and Cartie "Johnson" Blankenship... They lived around Knox Creek, when my mother was growing up.. Paris Blankenship was the son of Alfred and Nancy Blankenship... I believe they may have lived around Guesses Fork, Virginia.. Cartie Blankenship was the daughter of Green B. and Mary "Phillips" Johnson, from Carroll County Virginia... Paris and Cartie divorced and she moved to McDowell County West Virginia, with most of her children... My mother married William Beckner in Oct. 1941..She died April,15,1993 in Welch West Virginia..
