She married (1) Claude Miller 09 November 1915 in Remington, Jasper County, Indiana, Bk 7-p39. He was born 05 July 1886 in Allen County, Indiana, and died 20 May 1971 in Rensselaer, Indiana. He was the son of Robert Miller and Anna Presho.

3. Olive Blanchette, born 21 November 1863 in Michigan; died 14 March 1933. She was the daughter of 6. Peter Blanchette, Jr. and 7. Anna Aldridge / Aldrich

Mrs. Daisy E. Ropp
GOODLAND - Mrs. Daisy E. Ropp, 74, a lifelong resident of the Goodland area, died at 2:15 a.m. Sunday in St. Elizabeth Hospital, Lafayette.
   Mrs. Ropp was born in Jasper County, She cared for the elderly in their homes for 18 years.
   In 1930 she was married to Anthony Joseph Ropp, who died in 1940.
   She was a member of Goodland First Baptist Church and Royal Neighbors of America.
   Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Donald (Phyllis) Harmon of Goodland, Mrs. Ralph (Beverly) Good Jr. of North Judson, Mrs. Loma Deno of Remington and Mrs. Leonard (Joyce) DeWees of Gary; and two sons, Anthony "Tony" Ropp of Kentland and Gerald Ropp of Chicago.

ANTHONY ROPP - 16 July 1940
   Anthony Joseph Ropp passed away at his home in Goodland, Tuesday evening, July 16th, at 6:00 o'clock. He had been in impaired health, suffering from heart trouble for several yearh but his last illness was of nine days duration. He was born July 18, 1899, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Ropp. May 31, 1930, he was married to Daisy Christianson. He came to this community at the age of nine years and attended the Goodland schools. He was a member of the Brook Methodist Church. Surviving are his widow, three daughters Phyllis Jean, Beverly Joan and Loma Gale, two sons, Anthony, Jr., Gerald Donald, one sister, Gertrude Bennevate of Zion, Illinois, and one brother, Howard of Goodland. Services were held Thursday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock at the Baptist Church with Rev. C. G. Morris officiating, burial in Goodland Cemetery. (From Scott Harmon)

7. Anna Aldridge / Aldrich, born 05 March 1838 in Michigan; died 18 October 1925 in Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana CH- 12L, page 116- St. Peter Cemetery, Sec. 3, Row 14, pg. 36. She was the daughter of 14. Aldrich.

Mrs. Anna E. Blanchette
   After an illness of several days from ailments incident to her age, Mrs. Anna E. Blanchette passed away Saturday at the Old Ladies' home at Lafayette, where she had lived since last May.
   The remains were brought yesterday to the Anstis & Barnett undertaking parlors here, and the funeral held that afternoon at the Methodist church, conducted by Rev. S. C. Rogers. Interment was given in the Catholic cemetery beside the remains of her husband, Peter Blanchette, we died ten years ago.
   Mrs. Blanchette was eighty-six years of age and had been a resident of Winamac for twenty-five years. Surviving her are sons Ernest of this city, Fred of Benton Harbor, Michigan; and Hiram of Brook; daughter Olive Christianson of Remington.  (From the Pulaski Democrat newspaper)
