Adventure Starter:
Lost Prince of Whereever
by John Leland

The evil tyrant Utbrand has seized control of Whereever. He has wiped out the legitimate royal family save for one prince, who was being fostered in another realm. The prince set out to return and raise a revolt against the tyrant, but was captured en route by a giant (or whatever). Now a mysterious but powerful stranger hires the party to rescue the prince and get him home. This may be straightforward, or it may be that the stranger really works for the tyrant and wants to eliminate the prince, or maybe Utbrand isn't such a bad guy after all and the party is being lured into helping the wrong side. The 'true prince' may be an imposter, or there may be both a true prince and an imposter; the imposter may turn out to be preferable to the true prince.
