| At RR Computer's we also can sell individual parts for your system. Just let us know what you need or send us a small description of the problem and we can suggest a part or an estimate of labor to fix. Our diagnostic fee is $37.50 and Labor rates are billed at $50.00 an hour for hardware. |
| Software Issues are billable at $60.00 an hour. We must have all original software to reload any system or proof of ownership. No system will be loaded with an operating system without proof of ownership on the OS. |
| RR Computer's will do it's best at getting repairs and service work done within three days of recieving the system. Diagnostic fee is payable regardless of system being fixable or not. If we do fix, the diagnostic fee will be considered part of the first hour of labor. |
