I assume you have arrived at this page because you would like to have one of my awards. 
 Please read  my requirements, listed below, carefully before applying to make sure you qualify.
 If you do then, choose the award you would like and fill out the application form. 
 I will be viewing your site as soon as possible to let you know
 whether or not you have been accepted. 

Upon acceptance, I will email you your personalized award along with instructions for its use.
Please be sure that you make a link back to this page, http://www.oocities.org/ruthe4401index.html
after you place it on your page.

If your site should be rejected, I will also email you and tell you why along with some 
suggestions on how you can qualify in the future.  Don't get discouraged, 
you may re-apply at any time.

~ A Personal, not a  commercial site ~

~ Borrowed graphics must be credited ~
to owners if at all possible.

~ NO pornography! Or links to it ~

~ Advertising kept to a minimum ~

~ Not a lot of money making schemes ~

~ Not filled with under construction signs ~
