Levin felt a tap on his shoulder after a while and looked up to see Sting standing above
him, smirking. "You've been like that for two and a half hours now, and you're not
going anywhere. Your experience sure did you well."
Levin pouted and crumpled up into a ball on the floor. "Shut up." Tears started
to fall. //I'm stuck here… without Kyo… without Shinya or Andie… with
nothing but Miffy…// His eyes snapped open and he looked to Miffy through a blurry
view. //What if Miffy is all I deserve? Am I not allowed to have anyone? Then why is
Stingu…er… Sting here?// Then he gasped. //Maybe this means I've used up my
times… maybe when Toshiya comes looking for me again, he'll end up here…// He
bit his lip. "I have to warn him!" He threw his arms around Miffy.
"Miffy… If this means I'm not supposed to be with Kyo, then I'll go back…
but I HAVE to let Toshiya know! Toshiya and Kaoru need each other!"
Sting sat next to Levin and rubbed his back. "Hey, you really seem like you need to
get back, huh?"
Levin nodded and sniffed.
"Well…" Sting sighed. "I think you can…"
Levin gasped and tried to grab onto Sting's shirt, but upon realizing once again that
Sting only had on the metal underwear (::drool:: I'll have to find a pic of that!), he
grabbed his shoulders. "How?! How? Please! Tell me!"
Sting pointed to the far side of the room. "Over there is a small opening.
Supposedly, it's the controls for a time machine thing. A couple months ago another short
guy went through there and went home."
"Why didn't you tell me earlier?!"
Sting pouted. "Because! No one comes here! I wanted some company!"
Levin nodded and hugged Sting. "I'd stay, but I'm needed. Thanks."
Sting smiled slightly. "Don't mention it."
Sting led Levin to the opening and Levin started going through it, then backed up.
"Wait…" he looked to Miffy. "Miffy, can you fit through?" Miffy
tried, but couldn't get through. Miffy whined and nuzzled against Levin. Tears came once
again to Levin's eyes. "If Miffy can't get through… I might never see him
again…" He hugged Miffy tightly. "Miffy… what do I do?" Miffy
whined and Levin pulled away slightly as he noticed Miffy trying to push him into the
hole. "Miffy?"
Sting blinked. "I think Miffy is telling you to go."
"You want me to go, Miffy?" Levin looked in Miffy's eyes and Miffy nudged Levin
closer to the hole. "But… what about you? Who'll take care of you?"
"I'll take care of him." Sting replied.
Levin looked up and nodded. "Miffy…" he started to pet Miffy's head and let
the tears fall freely. "I love you Miffy…" Miffy whimpered and nuzzled into
Levin's chest. Levin hugged Miffy tightly and cried loudly, burying his face into the fur.
"Miffy… you're like my parent I never had… I love you Miffy…"
Miffy started to nudge Levin again sadly. Levin looked up into Miffy's dark eyes.
"I'll never forget you…" he kissed the top of Miffy's head and turned,
crawling into the hole as Miffy howled behind him.

Toshiya brushed Kaoru's hair out of his face, gazing at the bittersweet smile that laced
his lips. Kaoru kissed tears away as he held Toshiya's naked body against his own.
"Ai shiteru…" he whispered, not able to stop his own tears.
Toshiya nuzzled into Kaoru's neck and cried as well, shaking against the older man.
"Ai shiteru… so much…" Toshiya sat up and Kaoru followed him.
"It's… time…" Kaoru nodded and they both got into their clothes.
Toshiya packed up all his things remorsefully and took out his Kizuna mangas, handing them
to Kaoru. "Here…"
Kaoru looked at them quizzically. "What's this?"
"I… I want you to have these… so… whenever you… find
someone---"
Kaoru took Toshiya in his arms and kissed him deeply. When he pulled away, he held
Toshiya's face in both hands and stared him in the eyes. "I will never forget you,
understand?" Toshiya nodded and Kaoru pressed his forehead to Toshiya's and kept his
gaze locked on Toshiya's. "And I will _ never _ be with _ anyone _ other than you _
ever _ again, understand?" Toshiya nodded. "I love you, Toshiya, _ nothing _
will ever change that."
Toshiya's tears rolled along Kaoru's fingers and Toshiya shook, unable to say anything.
"I… I…" Kaoru kissed Toshiya softly and held him against himself.
"I love you too, Kaoru… I can't… I can't forget you…" he dug out
his wallet and took out a picture of himself. "Keep this…"
Kaoru looked at it and put it on the table near them. "I'll kiss it everyday."
He whispered.
Toshiya smiled sadly. "I love you…"
Kaoru kissed Toshiya and took one of his rings off, putting it on Toshiya's finger.
"Wear this, please…"
Toshiya nodded and kissed the ring before kissing Kaoru. "I'll wear it
everyday." Kaoru traced a finger along Toshiya's lips. "Let's go…"
Toshiya said before kissing the tips.
Kaoru nodded and took Toshiya's hand as they walked close together out into the cold dark.
They got to the forest and stayed there, in each other's arms. Kaoru ran his fingers along
Toshiya's face. "You are so beautiful…" Kaoru whispered and held in the
tears, staying strong for the younger man.
Toshiya sadly smiled and kissed Kaoru as he faded, trying desperately to keep the warmth
on his lips. //Ai shiteru… sa… sayonara…//

//Why does this man sleep in the same bed as I?// Ryu looked into Sugizo's sleeping form.
//Sugizo… that name does something to me… but… I can't remember…//
Ino walked in and saw the troubled look on Ryu's face. He smiled slightly and stroked the
other's hair. "What's wrong, Ryu?"
Ryu opened his eyes. "Ino… right?" Ino nodded. "What is Sugizo…
to you?"
"To me?" Ino sat down and looked at Sugizo. "Well… he's my employer,
but… he's treated me differently than others. He was the first who seemed to care for
me after my brother died. I… I love him… but… not like lovers or anything.
He's more like a father to me… and I thought it was bad for me to think that,
but… he heard me say it that night that you lost your memory and… he was happy.
I felt so relieved that he felt the same way instead of being disgusted with the
idea."
Ryu smiled. "That sounds nice…" he looked to Sugizo again. "What
about… to me?"
"To you?" Ino smiled. "Well, you two have been together longer than I can
remember. You're a servant, like me. But… Sugizo can never sleep without you with
him. And… he's protective about you. When you were injured, he was so worried. I
think… I think he cares for you…"
Ryu bit his lip. "Caring…"
Ino stood up. "Why don't you have him talk to you when he wakes up? Have him tell you
about your life. It might awaken your memories."
Ryu nodded. "Arigato."
"Sure."
