The Council Chambers- Akio's Room

*as you walk in, you are amazed to find yourself in in pleasantly appointed chamber.  Shutters grace the large windows, and in the center of the living area is a huge star generator, much like you would find in a planetarium, only a lot more sophisticated.  A white leather couch graces the sitting area, and you can't help but shudder.  You don't know the occupant of the room, but the feel of the place is one of disturbing sensuality.  Suddenly, you feel a hand on your shoulder, and you can't help but jump away in alarm.  You sigh in relief when you see a small, pretty looking white-haired girl.  She radiates a calmness that disperes the chamber's smothering sensation*

    "You really shouldn't be wandering around Akio-sama's chambers, you know.  He wouldn't mind, but then again, not even his sister can tell what he's up too.  He enjoys manipulating people, using any means necessary."  *breaking off, the girl shudders slightly and glances back over her shoulder.*  "Allow me to introduce myself.  I am Kokoro Destine.  I know almost as much as Nancy about the visitors from Ohtori."

    "Akio-sama is the husband of Kanae Ohtori.  He was officially adopted into the Ohtori family because they had no male heirs.  Akio currently holds the position of acting-chairman of the school board at Ohtori Academy.  Before the adoption, Akio's surname was Himemeya.  If that name sounds familiar, then it should.  You see, Akio is Anthy's older brother."
    "I'm not too sure about the specifics, but Nancy has told me that once, Akio was actually a good man.  Then, he fell sick.  His sister hid him away, and the people demanded his return.  Nancy refuses to tell me what happened after that, but rumor has it that Anthy was hurt in some way, and because of that, Akio became the man he is today."
    "About the room?  Well, I said Akio uses whatever means necessary to manipulate people into doing his bidding.  The star projector is only one of the many ways he does this.  Despite what you may think you know about projectors, listen carefully.  Trust none of your senses while you are here in the castle.  Nancy specifically asked Akio-sama to come for a reason, and I feel that it was because she and Carolyn needed the powerful illusions that could be projected from the star projector.  As for the white leather couch..." *and here Kokoro stops, blushing slightly*  "let's just say that if Akio gets to you, you'll get to discover if that couch is really as comfortable as it looks.  If you will excuse me, I'm getting out of here before he returns."

   *and so saying, Kokoro rushes out of the room, her face as red as anything.  After she leaves, you have a feeling that perhaps YOU should get the heck out of there too."
