~8.1.06 mewithoutYou News/New Song Online!
Hello mwY fans! Big News! mewithoutYou has released a song from their upcoming album "Brother, Sister" set to release September 26th on Tooth and Nail Records. The song, entitled "Nice and Blue, Pt. 2" on their Myspace and Purevolume sites.

In other news, mwY has announced some tour dates. Though they're not making a major tour out of it, they boys are making a few stops on Van's Warped Tour and are once again taking part in the Purple Door Festival. The tour page of FWL will be updated with all of mewithoutYou's tour dates within the next few hours.

Lastly, In case you haven't noticed, FWL has updated with videos in the Media Section and will be updated more frequently in the future, so check out the page whenever you can.

~4.30.06 Much Needed Update~
Four Word Letter is not dead!! And much has been going on with the mewithoutYou crew in the past 6 months.

First off, after a 2 and a half month hiatus of sorts, in the late of '05 and beginning of '06, mwY is back and stronger than ever. According to T&N, the boys just finished recording their new full length, which will be released later in the year.

In terms of touring, mewithoutYou is hitting the road today, with Thursday and Minus the Bear and will tour all along the east coast with a couple stops in the mid-west. Dates for that tour will be posted in the Tour section.

In site news, we are going to post videos, and update the touring schedule. That's all for now. Take Care!

Sorry about the lack of updates. Thanks to fans like us and you mewithoutYou took home the MTVU Left Field Woodie! In other news, mewithoutYou finished up their tour with the Blood Brothers, Coheed and Cambria and Dredg.

The gang will be playing a few benefit shows with underOATH, The Chariot and As Cities Burn for various causes in late December. Those dates will be listed in our tour section. There will also be a shows in mwy's hometown of Philidelphia at the Electric Factory with The Starting Line, Armor For Sleep and The Junior Varsity!

The gang also shot an AMAZING video for Paper Hanger. Head on over to MTVU.com and watch it at www.mtvu.com/music/playlist . Also check out some mewithoutYou headed over to the MTV.com LIVE studios and put on quite a show. Get ready for some pre-show fellowship on this current mewithoutYou tour with Make/Believe, and Veda. Here is an official announcement:

So for this next tour we're going to be trying something different - for every date we're going to throw a pre-show communal barbecue potluck extravaganza, open to everyone! We'll be gathering about 2-3 hours before the show to hang out for a while, with hopes of eating maybe an hour later. We'll provide cups, plates, silverware, and some food (at least one vegetarian dish). It's totally free, but since we probably won't have enough food for everyone, we're encouraging you to bring any of the following: appetizers, entrees, deserts or drinks (while respecting the local alcohol laws), poems, prayers, stories, songs, riddles, troubles, etc. Invite your friends, your enemies, your parents, your pets, strangers, saints and scumbags. Especially the scumbags!

Wow, me and Jeremy want to send a huge thanks out to the guys in mewithoutYou. We recently have been added to the band's link section on their site mewithoutYou.com. It is an honor to be displayed on their site and we hope we do them justice with out fan site.

A new photo album by out newest staff member Beth has been added to the images section i addition with photos from Keaton Reeder. Also, we are trying to put together a mwY F.A.Q., we had a bunch of good questions given to us on the mwY forums, but they were pulled before we ever got to add them into the F.A.Q. page. mewithoutYou will be a featured artist on the upcoming mash up disk 'Incorporated', by the Legion of Doom. For those unfimilar with the term mash up, a mash up is a song where two songs are used to form one new song.

'Incorporated' is planned to be released in May or June through Antagonist Records.

Tour dates have been updated. We have added dates to follow the tour stops in Europe. Also this week Four Word Letter has an addition to the FWL family. Welcome Beth, she will be working in several different areas, so it will be fun to see what see can add to the site.
