We have added two valuable sources of information to our web site to assist The Detachment of Massachusetts Squadron Adjutants or the Squadron Membership Chairman. They may now refer to the Squadron Membership Record Manual. It may take a few minutes to download due to the size of the file. If you have any questions about processing membership cards and maintaning membership records you can find the answer here. The third version to The Detachment of Massachusetts Roster Book for 2007-2008. The Roster Book will, when all the information that Detachment Adjutant Cliff Smith has requested each Squadron to submit to him, contain all the names and contact information from The Detachment E-Board down to every Squadron Commander, Adjutant, meeting times and an email contact address for any Squadron member so that we can distribute information from the Detachment to each Squadron ASAP. If your Squadron hasn't submitted the requested information please do so soon. You may mail or email it to Adjutant Smith. His contact information is listed in several locations on the site or just click on the contact us link. We will of coarse respect your privacy and NOT distribute email contacts to any one! |
