Wellness Chant

I awoke at 2:30 A.M. and experienced serious cold symptoms which included muscle aches, severe rhinitis, and sneezed perhaps six or seven times.  I told myself that I do not want to be ill and went to back to sleep.

In my dream, I am chanting:  OM MANI PADME... over and over; it resonates inside of my head.
When I wake up, I am absolutely fine and not sick.

"
The Bodhisttatvas and the Water"

I am in a very light and open space with a man who is a Master.  He wears glasses that look like the ones the Dali Lama wears.  He wears plain robes, not saffron-colored.  He takes my hand.  Together, we move through a series of various solid objects, metal beams is what they look like to me.  Our atoms pass  through them because there is really no such thing as solid matter, all boundaries are illusion...

I am thirsty and there is no water.  There is another Master, she wears glasses and has a lot of honey-colored curly hair.  She materializes from nowhere to where I am.  She tells me something like, "you have not even forgiven "L".  I must forgive "L" so I can progress.  Next, I hold my two hands together  in front of me and look down into them. The hands come together in a way that I can see the curve of the fingers.  I can see the water come out of the air and go into my hands where it collects in a clear pool..  The Master tells me that the atoms of water were always there, there is always water to be had when I need it.

"Dreams are postcards from our subconscious, inner self to outer self, right brain trying to cross that moat to the left. Too often they come back unread: "return to sender, addressee unknown." That's a shame because it's a whole other world out there--or in here depending on your point of view."

Joan of Arc and the Horse

I go back in time and I meet Joan of Arc.  This is before she goes into battle.  I see that the horse she has isn't a good one at all.  I cannot let her go into battle on such a useless animal.  I find a woman who has a beautiful, fearless chestnut brown horse that is very intelligent.  It has enormous luminous brown eyes with no pupils, eyes which pay attention to everything.  I tell the woman that I will give her Joan of Arc's horse if she will give us her horse.  She gives us her good horse because she wants Joan of Arc's horse.  For some reason, I have brought a Bible with me to give to Joan, but it is from the 17th Century.  I give it to her anyway even though it is too new for the time of Joan (English Siege of Orleans 1429).

"John Muir and the Train"

The time is about 1895 and I am traveling on a train to the west.  I see John Muir on the train and I want to go with him to see and study the beautiful western land.  I tell him:  I want to see this wild land before it is all gone.

In the background plays Mozart's Overture to "Magic Flute" and "Don Giovanni" because there is a small orchestra on the train.  John Muir is dressed very simply, whereas I wear a pale orange satin dress.  I see an old-fashioned notebook.   In this dream, my hair is red-blonde like the color of Nicole Kidman's.

Strange Aliens

There are alien beings that have called together a group of people from Earth.  They want to transport people to where they come from.  A group of people has gathered at a place which is disguised to look exactly like an airport terminal.
I have come to this place.

There is an alien who has taken on the image of a human stewardess, and she stands at the final boarding place.  People are running to get onto the "plane", but in their haste they do not read a small sign which is on the wall.  The white sign has black letters which read:  "Do Not Proceed Beyond This Point".  I along with a just a few other people read the sign then stop next to it and the "stewardess".  When the "stewardess" sees that everybody else has gotten onto the "plane", she tells the few of us who remain that the real transport is coming for us now.   She tells us that the "plane" was not the real transport, it doesn't go anywhere, and the sign was a test to eliminate people who failed to read it.  So, now we wait for the real transport to arrive...

What comes next is the real transportation; floating globes composed of a substance with the appearance of clear gelatin, but they are hollow on the inside.  A pale green pattern looks like enormous cell membrane outlines and the patterns you might see on brain coral. These globes amaze me most of all because they are alive.  Each of them is about the diameter to fit one human inside.  One of the globes surrounds each person the way an amoeba would surround and engulf a particle.  The feeling when the globe surrounds me is wet like a jellyfish, but I feel no discomfort whatsoever.  In fact, once the globe has me inside of itself, I maintain the relaxed posture and feeling of resting on a bean bag chair.  I am not wet or cold, I can breathe, I can see everything around me through its clear membrane, and most interesting of all, I can also feel the aliveness and awareness of this unusual creature.

Once I am surrounded by this floating globe, it carries me to this other place in space.  I can see everything around me as I ascend into the skies.  I am not sure, but the place that I go to seems to be the alien ship.  Once I am inside of this place, I assist a human woman who suddenly goes into labor.  There are no doctors, instruments or medication.  The baby arrives and I can plainly see that it a healthy boy, I want to clean him up to give him to his mother, and the cord is very, very long.  Some other foolish woman tries to kill the baby because she thinks it will die anyway, but I intervene.  Finally, one of the aliens comes to assist me with the baby.  The alien cuts the cord with a sharp instrument and pulls on the cord, and this extracts the afterbirth.  I can now see the alien is clearly not human.  They do not bother to hide themselves when they are in their own places.

Because the gelatin globes are alive, one of them must relieve itself before it can carry me back to Earth.  This is somewhat humorous to me because I can see that a fluid has collected inside of the creature's clear membrane.  The gelatin globe drains this fluid out in a urinal, then it surrounds me once more and we start back to Earth.

Next, the gelatin globe deposits me back on Earth where I find that the aliens have given me a gift of three game controllers which mysteriously materialize into my hands.  These devices are supposed to help me fix some problem.

When the gelatin globe creature departs, I discover that I have been left in the midst of a United States military unit (ground troops) which is dividing up wood for camp fires. Some of the soldiers argue over how to best divide up this firewood when the message comes that another unit is in desperate need of supplies.  Immediately, all of the arguments stop.  The little bundles of wood come wrapped in plastic; there are two sizes, small kindling and thin pieces of firewood.  The commander says to bring all of the wood.  We collect all of the wood bundles.  In addition, we bring all sorts of food as well as many other useful things to give to the other unit also, and we start marching.  At this point,
I perceive that the aliens have seen this act of kindness
and are very pleased by it.

Along the way there is a group of people who cheer for us from the roadside, but I only feel annoyed when the distraction and noise cause me to march out of step for a moment.  We cross a suspended bridge made of wooden planks before we get to the other unit.  The other unit is asleep on the ground.  It is pre-dawn, but their commander is awake and tells us that the smell of them is bad when they are all crammed together like that.

“Horus, The Movie Set"

I am behind the scenes of a movie set for a film of ancient Egypt.  Behind the scenery there is a table with
beautiful wood and black lacquer Incantation Boxes with magical symbols on the sides of each box.  I pick up a box that is decorated with many symbols.  Each side is used to cast a different spell.  The box I examine has four sides with different directions and spells.  One side of the box I have picked up reads:  North=Straight Up to Sky Fly .  I can read this even though it is in symbols, not English.

While I am behind the scenes I touch my brother’s Black Bast Candle; the head broke, but I put it back and it is okay.
Next, it is a daylight scene for the movie.  The hawk representing Horus flies across river and lights on my arm instead of the actress Queen .
As I turn into the hawk and fly across the river, there is a transition from day into night as I fly over the river.  When I fly towards the houses as Horus, I can see through the buildings at night and I can see what the people inside
are doing.

HORUS SPEAKS

A passage from the Coffin Texts (passage 148):
"I am Horus, the great Falcon upon the ramparts of the house of him of the hidden name. My flight has reached the horizon. I have passed by the gods of Nut. I have gone further than the gods of old. Even the most ancient bird could not equal my very first flight. I have removed my place beyond the powers of Set, the foe of my father Osiris. No other god could do what I have done. I have brought the ways of eternity to the twilight of the morning. I am unique in my flight. My wrath will be turned against the enemy of my father Osiris and I will put him beneath my feet in my name of 'Red Cloak'."

At the Crossroads with Robert Johnson

I run into Delta Bluesman Robert Johnson.  He's got his guitar.  We talk together some, and I ask him, "Did you really sell your soul to the Devil?"  Because I am unable to hear the definite yes or no answer that he did give to me the great mystery remains.

Personal Notes:  I just heard Robert Johnson's recording of "I Believe I'll Dust My Broom" for the first time yesterday.  One day I hope to go to Greenwood and place one of my Oleander Club poems on Robert Johnson's memorial marker at the Little Zion Baptist Church.
