"What
a couple of month" |
You may have already
noticed a change to the website. Your suspicions are correct,
we've changed the name to Downsend... This is due to the loss of
one of our forming members, Darby. He decided it'd be best if he
left since his time had been taken up with other things outside
the band and his mind was set on different things. As an era ends
another begins. All of us hope Darby does something he in turn
prefers and has success at and that and he comes out for a good
drink sometime... Since all of this happened we have even found
ourselves a new axe wielder under the name of Daniel Hardy.
Hardy being an old
school friend of the band didn't take us long to find someone we
all got on with. So far he's doing a great job and faces his first
gig and our first gig as Downsend this Friday in Blyth at The
Reef. Soon after he'll be taking on the big leagues when we travel
to Nottingham Rock City. Check out the new updated pages above...

Inc. The event will be called either Day Of The Dead or Day Of
The Shred, not shure if thats been decided yet but hopefully the
flyer below will give some more details. The gig will see us play
