Just kidding, Lacey | ||||||||||||||||||||||
I really don't like PETA. They've joined the ranks of companies engaged in the world's largest brainwashing campaign. Their ads featuring hot naked girls are meant to prey on stupid, weak minded guys and vain, self hating girls. With slogans like, "Vegatarians make better lovers" and "We'd rather go naked than wear fur" they hope to cash in on the ever growing sexually oriented culture of America. Guys who see girls wearing a lettuce bikini suddenly get a hankerin for a salad, and the girls that see it are thinking "She's pretty. Maybe boys would fuck me if I looked like that." From underwear to toothpaste, people are trying to sell us a lifestyle. Every day we are bombarded with the images portraying an unrealistic perspective on life. According to advertisers, we can all own expensive cars and go to bars and meet beautiful drunk women. We can all be tan and fit and have pearly white teeth. They create a lifestyle that we want because we think it will make us happy. As long as we've got the money, we can all be perfect. |

Take a look at the picture above. You'll see the tie and the thick rimmed glasses. Those aren't perscription. It's all part of the image. People want to feel loved and accepted, so they try to fit in by dressing or acting the same way as others. The sad thing is that it works. Wearing a certain label elevates you to god status. Being a jerk makes you cool. Playing football makes you a school hero. |
