We hope you will enter Peke Avenue and meet our spoiled pets. We feature some that we have lost on this page but we still have six running about and "training" us. Our dogs are mostly older. Our "baby" Haley Jo is nine years old. We were ruled by Smokey Foo Bear, who left us on June 23, 2006 at age 12. We lost PuppySue. Our little renegade, Shadow will soon be 14. Tuffy is our klutz and Prissy was our little lady with a "don't mess with me" attitude. and we had our Ranger Red Chief,(Prissy and Ranger are gone now) Brandi Bear and Muffi. We lost our beloved Lucy Fur in December 2006. We added a "new" Gizmo...an adorable rescue. It has been several years since our Mickey left us. Mickey was our "first" Peke after we got married and, while one does not have a favorite, each one is special in their own way. Mickey was such a charmer, big soulful brown eyes, a loving disposition, a "friendly" dog (and not all Pekes love everybody). He loved to "guard" a treat and yet he seldom ever got into a serious disagreement with the others. Losing him devastated us and we will always miss him very much. On November 13, 2003 we lost our wonderful little Gizmo, a rescue
who shared 5 years of his life with us. He was 14 years old. |
On November 23, 2003 we lost our sweet lady, Amber Angel.She was
13 years old and the Mum of our Shadow, Tuffy and Prissy. We lost two of our furkids in ten days so this was a very sad time for us. Each day Prissy looks
more like her mum and is a delightful lady.
