Use sport or baby yarn and size 1 or 2 needles (I can't remember which - when someone tries it, please let me know which ones you used. I'd love to see a photo too. ;>) Cast on 32 in contrast color. Do 5 rows garter stitch. Row 6 - In main color K whole row. Row 7 - Purl. Row 8 - *K6, K2 tog* repeat from* to * till end of row. Row 9 - Purl. Row 10 - *K5, K2 tog* * repeat from* to * till end of row. Row 11 - Purl. Row 12 - *K4, K2 tog* * repeat from* to * till end of row. Row 13 - Purl. Row 14 - *K3, K2 tog* * repeat from* to * till end of row. Row 15 - Purl. Row 16 - *K1, K2 tog* * repeat from* to * till end of row. Row 17 - Purl. Row 18 - K2 tog whole row. Run yarn through stitches and draw up. Sew back seam. |
