Ilsa Effanbee is an Effanbee World of Travel doll. Her face was sculpted by Michelle Severino.
Ilsa joined the household in March of 2001 along with several other 9" Effanbees as a result of the iDoll liquidation sale. Her original price was $20, but she cost $8.50 during the sale. She was originally called World of Travel - Germany. She was a gift from my sister, Laurie because I didn't buy a blond during the sale.
