July 19, 2007 - Rebekah Nartuya Lee is here! Melissa and JJ welcomed their second daughter into their family today. Born in Rexburg, Idaho at 3:51am MST and weighing 7lb 13oz. Her middle name is a mongolian name meaning "Sun-Ray", JJ served a 2 year mission in Mongolia for the LDS Church.

February 9, 2007 - Alice Maude Reece (Nee Johnson) passed away today in Australia. She was born 3 Sep 1916 in Fulham, England and the youngest of my Grandpa Harry's siblings. I am glad I had the chance to get to know her and her family, I think if we can keep our thoughts and prayers with her children and grandchildren they would appreciate it.

February 2007 - Melissa and JJ will be welcoming a new baby into their family, due July 19, 2007.

September 2006 - I have decided to go back to school and work towards becoming a family studies and Foods & Nutrition High School Teacher at the University of Alberta in Edmonton. Alex is now in high school (grade 8) and Mikayla is in grade 2.

March 19, 2006 - Sariah Ruth Lee is here! born Sunday March 19 at 5:18am (MST), she weighed 6lb 5 oz and is 19" long. Pictures coming soon!

August 26, 2005 - Our family is growing! Melissa & JJ are expecting their first baby! The due date is March 17, 2006 ... St. Patricks Day!

April 23, 2005 - We got a new puppy! His name is Scamp ... from Lady & the Tramp (their son). He is so cute and looks like a little black bear!

March 23-28 - Our Family went down to Idaho during this time to Visit Melissa and JJ during Spring break. Easter weekend. It was great to see them again!

Dec. 21, 2004 - Melissa & JJ got married in the Salt Lake temple! Reception in Surrey on Jan. 1.

Oct. 25, 2004 - Melissa got accepted to Byu-Idaho in Rexburg, Idaho where JJ is currently attending. They will live in Idaho until they come back to BC (Hopefully!:)

Sep. 7, 2004 - Back to School Updates: Melissa is back at LDS Buiness College in Salt Lake and is hoping to graduate in May, 2005 & also working a daycare in Bountiful, Utah; Alexandra is in grade 6 and Mikayla started Kindergarten.
Sara-Jayne is working at Sears Portrait Studio.

January 6, 2004 - Melissa left for Salt Lake city, Utah to attend the LDS Business College. She will be back in BC on May 29.

October 8, 2003 - We have a new family member! A little Yorkshire Terrier puppy. We got her on October 8 when she was 8 weeks old. She is soooo cute and has adjusted well to our family.

September 2, 2003 - Back to School! So whose going to what grade? Here's your update - Melissa is back at Kwantlen this semester and so far is really enjoying her classes, Sara-Jayne has entered her last year of the Marketing Management Diploma program at Kwantlen, and also enjoys her classes, Craig is now in grade 12 and is looking forward to graduation, Alexandra is in Grade 5 and so far is excited about going back to school and likes her teacher, and Mikayla has fun learning about all sorts of things and is excited about going to Kindergarten next year!

July 2, 2003 - Vancouver gets the 2010 Olympics! It's not really family news but it's exciting! for oversea and out of province family members ... maybe you can make plans to visit during this time :)

Oct. 22, 2004 - Melissa is Engaged!! Yep ... she got engaged tonight on temple Square in Salt Lake City, Utah to Jonathan (JJ) Lee. The date is set for Dec. 21, 2004 in the Salt Lake temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They will come up to BC for Christmas and a reception at the LDS Church building in Surrey, BC on Jan. 1, 2005.
June 14, 2003 - Alexandra competed in her first Highland Dance competition and won first place in the sword dance. Great Job Alex!
