The Sexual Assault Outreach Program, is a non-profit organization that provides confidential and free crisis intervention services to sexual assault victims in all of Northeast Tennessee. Our Office offers many different types of counseling for sexual assault victims:

24-hour crisis intervention Hotline
personal accompaniment for rape victims through the medical and legal process

educational programs for professionals
organizations and schools
walk-in crisis intervention
support groups for the victims and their families and significant others
