They told me I will be left alone with all this cash money at the airport,Iam not very happy about this at all. I would feel much safer if I was met by them.I went to LA a couple of years ago and I was robbed getting from the airport to my hotel and I will never do it again. Please this is not surpose to pose a problem at this stage of the transcation, you have the rigth to let them know how you think things are to be done but on the other hand you should know that they have a procedure as an organisation which they follow in deaing with the clients. I will advise that you send them an Email to let them know about what you told me to see what they can do about that ,since you have there number you call them as soon as you get into Holland so that they will know where to meet you ,you don't have to be afraid for we God on our side and no evil will near us compose yourself and have confidence . You can seek from them how you can go about in the airport since this is your first time there and they have being there for long time .Remember time is not on our side we have to do all we can fast . | Dear Steve, Please in response to your ealy request regarding your safety in Holland. Today i was at the local office of the security company here (club2000africa) to make verifications and they told me that you need not to worry about that .Your safety is assured i was told to let you know that what they said is in line to how they carry out there duties . You are advised to go and when you get to the airport and have yourself cleared at the costoms then you have to book into a hotel whaich is very close to the airpoet and call them on the phone so that they can come and meet with you and take you to there office so that you conclude with them on what you have come for ,you have to remeber that you are not the only person at the airport for there will be so many other passengers with you and moreover your arrival is in the nigth .They indicated one hotel which most of there clients going to Holland make use which is very close to the airport with the name (idis hotel)or you can book any other one ,they reassured me that everthing will be okay with you only just be yourself and take away fear from you . Steve i am doing all these for you to make sure that you feel the way i feel too ,like i said before you can contact the security company to let them know about this ,there duty is to make sure that once you come you have your consignment . Please do not be discouraged for we are almost getting to the end of the project.call them as soon as you enter the hotel so that they can know where you are and come over for you. Since yesterday i have bein in constant telephone communication with the president of club2000africa here regarding the event that took place at their Holland afilliate offfice ,he is not happy with the situation of things there for like i told you in my last mail yesterday i told him i will take up the matter to court if any thing wrong happens to our maoney which was left in there care and was taken to there Holland office. Steve there are some issue which he tried to find out from he and it will help us a great deal to sort this thing out as soon as possible . 1) The document that the so called Mr John came with at the airport ,please tell me was it the copy of form which the security company sent to you to fill and bring back or was it the once i personally sent to you from here? 2) Did you send to the security company a copy of your passport? 3) The consignment you saw at Holland was it having a refcode with the code SB50 like it was written on the deposite certificate i sent to you? 4)Which bank did they deposit the funds to after you and them had the meeting? Please it is important that i have all this information for i and the president of the security company (club2000africa) fixed an important meeting tommorrow so that we can find a solution to this problem for this will bring a bad name to his company which he is not happy with .And with this development he is going to stop all transaction with that Holland branch for he is not ready to have a repeat of this again ,he told me that it was the same thing that happened in there London affiliate office which made him to stop dealing with them and close the office for sometime .He made me to understand that it was due to negligence to duty and promise to find a way to resolve it . Steve he warned me to stop you from all trnasaction with anybody in Holland for now ,i equally sound this as a warning to you please DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THEM AGAIN .both Mr Moritz and the side of Mr John till you get instructions from me for i am dealing with the President of the company here.don't reply there mails agin and do not call them or answer there phone calls so that you do not cause more damage. Let us see what he will do for us after my meeting with him here in there head office tommorrow.I will equally forward your Email address to him so that he can mail you to appologise for what happened .But for now everthing is still on control from here our money can never go just like that we have invested so much into it. Now to help you,The document the associate had was as copy of the document the security company sent me,not the one you sent me Lawrence.It was the 'Appraisal Form' They sent me that I had to fill in,it was the same document because it even had my signature on it,it was original. I sent them a copy of my driver licence and passport and the associate had also copys of those attached to it. The box had the number C2AW-SB50 and the certificate number C22000/TBO45/0808/2000.I checked the documents I have and I looked on the 'Power of Attorney Certificate and it listed XB50 and then your reference SB50. I checked all the documents to make sure it was all correct as I did not want any mistakes,I checked it all before I gave him the cash money,although thinking back he did seem jumpy when I said I wanted to cross reference my documents with the consigment??. I assure you Lawrence I was very careful and checked all the documents he had,and as I only sent them to Transaviabv he must work for them right? how else would he have the documents,my details and knew what flight I would be on and what time I landed???. I think there must be a cross wire at their office,what with it being the weekend,I'm guessing when everyone arrives back at the security office on Monday morning it will sort its self out just fine,these things happen in business when people want to rush home on the weekend.When I get to the office on Monday I will try and scan the reciept for the 14,800 Euro's I demanded off him,although the office scanner is playing up a bit,if not I will do it at a friends house Monday night ok. The bank details I gave Mr John were: Barclays Bank High Road Broadmoor England Account XXXXXX Sort Code XX-XX-XX Mr John said as it was a Saturday the consignment could not be shipped to my house until Wednesday so I will have to wait I guess until then when it arrives.Lets hope it does or I have lost alot of money with taxi,flights,hotel and paying fee's.I dont know what I`ll do. | Dear Steve, I got your mail and just finalised with with the president of the security company here and we have sorted out a way to conclude this transaction so that we do not have any more problems. In his words he demanded to see that slip of which you made the payment with to the people you met as transavia courier and security company and also to see your fleigth ticket to comfirm your arrival at the airport this will enable him carry out a real investigation onthe matter at hand ,he blame his associates in Holland for what happened and promise me that he will personally handle this project from here so that he will know what actually happen and also find a way to fis out whoever is responsible for this stupid act. He said that he is going to stop this project and get it out of the hands of the people in Holland and will ask for the consignment be sent back to Nigeria so that he will now make use of bank to bank transaction to pay you your money ,from the mail you sent to me and the information you gave me there is a mix up somewhere there which you and i are not in our position to comfirm.But after much talk between me and him i told me that he will sent someone from here to go find out what the situation is there and he is going to bann them from handling his transaction for this was what happened in there London branch sometime last year . Like you can see in the reicept i sent to you for thye airlifting of the consignment to Holland i paid much maoney for that and you now has paid some more more to them over there ,he said that he will help us this time ,but we still have to meet tommorrow so that we can conclude on how this will happen i want to reasure you that there is no problem for now.Please do get back to me for the other information ,i will get back to the office first thing tommorrow morning so that we can conclude this and know the next step to take. I have attached the receipt and a copy of my ticket stubb.I had to hunt around in my rubbish bin to find it and god does my rubbish bin smell,its been so hot. | Dear Steve, Good to hear from you again ,today i have finalised with the president of the security company (club2000africa) on this issue and we have reached a conclusion on the best way to finalise this trnasaction. In his words he offered to help me out and have ordered the consignment be sent bsck to Nigeria so that he can monitor the tranasction by hiself,in doing this he told me that since we have committed so much money that he will make use of his position in the company to make sure that nothing goes wrong with our consignment ,first of all i paid the sum of ($27,000.)twenty seven thousand dollars to airlift the consignmemnt to Holland and some other charges were made ,also you went to Holland and made a payment of 14,800 euros . As soon as the consignment gets consignment here he will contact there affiliate bank for the payment to made to you through back ,you are required to forward your account details so that he will make the transfer into your nominated account immediately.He has stop any further transaction between you and the Holland contact and will now take over the tranasction from here so that the samew thing that happened in Holland will not repeat itself. Steve to airlift the consignmet back here for us to proceed ,we made several caculation and arrived at a conclusion,since we paid money for the airlftment before and you also made some paid too at Holland he has made a subtraction on this amounts i told us that we need to pay a sum total of 13,200 euros for the airlifting back to Nigeria office ,but with his position in the company and owing to happened to in Holland he promise to pay the sum of 5,000 euros as compasation making the balance to be 8,200 euros. The president of the security company Mr Colins Akunna made a promise to me that as soon as we back to him with this funds he will immediately send a instructions for the airlifting of the consignmet marked (SB50) to sent back to the head office here ,plaease you do not have any rigth to contact or communicate with anybody in Holland for any reason from today.We have to do something about this now so that we can have project concluded for he said that if we can get back to him before the end of this week we have the consignment brougth back and have the funds deposited in a bank. I will like to know what you think and how we can make this payment so that we can work with this man for our case with them is a serious one and a have oredered my lawyer to get ready to write a petition on the company ,we need (8,200euros) to pay ,so how do we make this payment for them to bring back the consignment here and i will personally monitor the movement of the funds . I show them all the informations i have from you to comfirm to them that you did travel to Holland and you did made the payment.
