Welcome New Member(s): The Club would like to give a warm welcome to our new member Sheridan Smith. Guest: Mike MacDonald Southern Ontario 2004 Hunt: Reminder from Scott Clare: In order to ensure that the prizes for the hunt are identified correctly, Scott would appreciate your cooperation in providing the proper identification on the prizes submitted. All items must have: Donor's Name (Company) - (e.g. a business card would be a great identifier, if applicable, if the donation was from Pharma Plus...which Pharma Plus - address/city), Member's Name (who obtained the gift for the club), Description of the Item. Scott informed the club that he received a donation of flags to mark the hunt site Len Trakalo advised that there are individuals all the way from Saskatchewan and Alberta who are attending our hunt. Currently we have 66 hunters signed up vs last year at this time we only had 33. Dave MacKenzie advised that there are prizes coming in from other Hunt Clubs. Donations: We thank everyone for their support in providing or contacting companies for donations. Robin Botting has put together a "To Whom It May Concern" donation letter for the club in order to approach companies for donations. Please let Robin know if you have any potential donator's and he can forward a letter to them. Your efforts would be very much appreciated. Port Dover Hunt Day: The Wet and Dry Hunt is scheduled for April 18th. Dave MacKenzie reported that there is an old school on the main street in Port Dover that has been torn down for new construction. Also, this same site is the site of the original school that was built back in the 1800's. Brenda Found suggested a Lake Erie Perch Dinner at one of the local restaurants after a day of hunting. Purchase of Silver: Len Trakola advised that he will purchase any silver under 1966 only. Hello to all Fellow Hobbyists! As you know, you're appointed committee member's and others who volunteer throughout the year put a lot of their time and effort in providing your club and hobby with social events and monthly scheduled meetings...thank them, help them, but most of all get yourself involved.
