| 1. All orders must be paid in full before shipping. We accept PayPal, check or money order. Please allow 10 days for checks to clear before order will be shipped. There is a returned check fee of $30.00. 2. Orders will be shipped USPS Priority mail. 3. All candles are poured to order. Please allow one week for production normally, but up to two weeks during busier seasons. 4. Although we package our candles as carefully as possible for shipment, we do understand that accidents happen and damage may result. If your package arrives damaged please e-mail us at ScintillatingScents@fuse.net and explain the situation. All products must be returned prepaid. Upon receipt, postage will be refunded and we will promptly ship a replacement candle in the same scent, color and size as the original order. We cannot accept returns unless there is damage or a physical defect in the product. 5. Kentucky residents will be subject to 6% KY sales tax. 6. We will never share or sell your information with any other company or organization. 7. All candles have a warning label on them. It is your responsibility to read and head the warnings. PLEASE use caution when burning candles. |
