Daphne Blake first appeared on television on September 13, 1969. She is 16 years old and is 5'7 inches tall. Daphne bubbles with a resilient spirit. Radiating the image of a fashion plate, she is curious to venture into the unknown, and she hopes to become a mystery writer. Her father's wealth allows Mystery Inc., the privilege of using the Mystery Machine, boats, wireless radios and other devices. Daphne's single drawback lies in her danger-prone nature. She is truly trouble's target.

Daphne's favorite phrases are, "Jeepers!", "Would you do it for A Scooby Snack," and "This place gives me goosebumps." Daphne's voice is played by Heather North.
