From time to time I come across notes I have made, and thought these
might belong to someone. They are from the microfilm of Foulden parish
in Berwickshire.
Margaret, daughter of John Car and Isabel Eliot christened 29 Aug 1758,
born 27 Aug.
William, lawful son of John Elliot and Frances Wilson born 19 Feb 1806,
baptised 29 Mar before the congregation.
29 Jun 1810, William Elliot in the parish of Tweedmouth and Agnes
Burnett in this parish gave up their names in order to marriage.
Copy of marriage lines, Lamberton 1 Sep 1811. These are to certify all
whom it may concern that James Simpson and Mary Dalglish were solemny
united by me in the holy bonds of wedlock according to the laws of the
church of Scotland and they free so far as it cam be known of all church
censure which is attested by these witnesses. George Lamb minar(?),

If anyone is searching the names Hunter, Landells, Smith, Bowmaker,
Lightharness or Ewart (and variations) between 1682 and 1750, I have
transcribed lots of entries.
