Once upon a time in July 2000, Scott and Amy both became members of an Internet online dating service called "LDS Singles Online". Little did they know, that through this service of modern technology computer dating, that their two paths would cross and turn into an Eternal Blessing for both of them. |

On July 18, 2000, Amy sent an e-mail message to Scott. She liked his profile on "LDS Singles Online" because he said that he liked "kissing" as a sport! She thought it was funny and decided to take a chance and write to him to see if he would write her back. The next day, Amy checked her messages and Scott had written her back! From then on, the messages between Scott and Amy became very frequent and filled with various different subjects. |

On July 25, 2000, Scott and Amy met for the first time. Instead of being nervous around each other, Scott and Amy felt really comfortable being together, sharing their feelings, and things about their families with each other. That night, as the date came to a close, Scott and Amy shared their first kiss as they said goodnight and parted their separate ways for the evening. |
