Synopsis: A Milwaukee housewife who is a Jello champion in the early 1960's dreams of freedom in The American West as she tries to balance her goals with real life. Quick Review: This short had the audience in stitches, including the director. The production quality is good and draws you into the scene as things get strange. Jello shows up in odd places to emphasize what she is defined as versus who she wants to be. There is a lot of clever analogy in this little social satire, and it is definitely worth seeing if you ever get the chance. |
